Gernot Rohr has identified Nigerian born German goalkeeper for the upcoming AFCON 2019 Qualifiers tie against Seychelles.

German-Nigerian goalkeeper, Maduka Okoye keeps the goal for newly promoted German Bundesliga side, Fortuna Dusseldorf.

The young goalie met with the Super Eagles handler back in November as the team stepped up preparations for the World Cup 2018 in Russia.

The German coach confirmed his meeting with the 18-year-old and also revealed the goalkeeper is in his plans for the senior national team of Nigeria.

Okoye has stepped up from the youth team of Dusseldorf to the main team and he is presently training with them at their pre-season camp.
